Si mi sugerencia es que te compres un nodo y tu des internet a resto de ese pais , con esto te quieroi dec ir que si tu respondes un sevicio de buen nivel , este se preocupara por ceder buen servicio o bien dejara el mismo, un nodo no es caro 1 mega esta al rededor de 10000 pesos esto es facil de juntar y luego empiezas a vender ese servicio y tu seras quien maneje ese tipo de nivel y ancho de banda.. es un consejo ...
